'Memories fade, but the written word is enduring.' Her husband was Simon Kelly, architect from Westport, Co Mayo. They had four children - Simon, ophthalmic surgeon in Manchester, Conor and Sarah, both architects working in the family practice and Cathriona, a graphic artist now living in Australia. Sarah was Chieftain of the Clan in 2016 - 2017. Ann was elected Chieftain in 1996 and held her Rally in Galway in 1997.
